6. Stipend Details
- Stipend:
Selected candidates will be paid a stipend during the apprenticeship at
the prescribed rates as per extant instructions.
- Training:
Training will be conducted according to the standards and syllabus
prescribed by the Central Apprenticeship Council.

8. Selection Process & Complete Pattern
There is NO written test or viva-voce. The selection
will be based on:
- Merit
List: A merit list will be prepared by calculating the
average of the percentage marks obtained in the 10th Class (minimum 50%
aggregate marks) and the ITI examination.
- Weightage:
Equal weightage is given to both 10th class and ITI marks.
- Tie-Breaker:
In case of a tie, the older candidate gets preference; if dates of birth
are also the same, the one who passed Matriculation/10th earlier will be
considered.

- Proof
of Age: Date of Birth proof.
- Educational
Certificates: SSC/10th Class marks sheet and
Consolidated ITI Marks Sheet/National Trade Certificate.
- RDAT
Registration: RDAT registration form mentioning

Photograph & Signature: Recent color photograph (clear
front view, no cap/sunglasses, max 1MB) and signature (max 1MB, not in
capital letters).

- Geographical
Restriction: Applications will be rejected if
the candidate does not belong to the specific eligible districts under the
South Central Railway jurisdiction as mentioned in the notification.
- Invalid
Photographs: Uploading a black & white
photo, a photo with goggles/cap, or an unrecognizable scanned copy will
result in rejection.
- Capital
Signatures: Applications with scanned
signatures in capital letters will be rejected.
- Missing
