must hold a Degree (Graduation) in any discipline from a university
recognized by the Govt. of India.
- You
must possess a valid Mark-sheet/Degree Certificate indicating your

The

Written Test: An objective test covering four
subjects to test your subject knowledge.
2. Screening
& Personal Interview: Shortlisted candidates will be called
for an interview. The final merit is calculated as 70% Written Test + 30%
Interview.
3. Local
Language Proficiency Test: Conducted before joining. (If you have
10th/12th mark sheets showing you studied Kannada, you don't need to take this
test) this is applicable for everyone , if a candidate applied for Maharashtra
then he must fulfill the marathi language eligibility .

Salary, Bond, and Probation
- Salary:
The scale of pay is Rs. 48480-2000/7-62480-2340/2-67160-2680/7-85920. You
will join at the initial scale of pay + 3 increments as per the Joint Note.
- Probation
Period: 6 Months.
- Service
Bond: 3 Years. The bond amount equals 3 months' gross salary.
If you want to resign you have to pay the amont mentioned in bond.
